When you send a reservation request we collect your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, travel dates, party size and any requests you share with us.

Cruise embarkation registration also collects passenger names, arrival and departure dates, number of nights, booking classification, any local travel agent or group name you provide, and your guest or authorized signature. These are stored privately with your reservation and are available only to authorized personnel for arranging your cruise.

How we use it

Only to answer your enquiry, arrange your cruise, transfers and excursions, and contact you about your booking. We do not sell your information or send marketing without your consent.

Who we share it with

Only the suppliers needed to deliver your trip, such as our guides, transfer drivers and, where requested, hotels or airlines.
