Booking Terms

Reservations

A reservation request is not a confirmed booking. Your cabin is confirmed once we have sent written confirmation and received your deposit.

Payment

A 25% deposit is due on confirmation. The balance is due 30 days before departure. We accept Visa, Mastercard and bank transfer.

Cancellation

More than 45 days before departure: full refund less bank fees. 45 to 15 days: deposit retained. Less than 15 days: 100% of the cruise price is charged.

Children

Children under 6 sail free when sharing their parents' cabin. Children aged 6 to 11 receive 50% off the adult rate.

Changes to itineraries

River levels, lock schedules or site closures occasionally require us to change the order of visits. We will always tell you as early as possible.
